Is SiraPet free for pet owners?
Yes. Creating an account, adding pets, storing medical records, and browsing vets and shops is free. You only pay for orders you place or services you book with providers.
Which countries does SiraPet cover?
We launch in Lebanon first and then expand across the MENA region. You can use the app anywhere, but the directory of vets, shops, and service providers grows country by country.
When is the app launching on the App Store and Google Play?

Do prices show in USD or LBP?
Both. Every price in the app is shown in USD and LBP side-by-side, using the most recent exchange rate. Orders record the rate used at purchase, so your invoice never changes after the fact.
Is my pet's medical data secure and private?
Medical records are stored privately and shared only with vets you explicitly grant access to. See the Privacy Policy for details on storage, retention, and your rights.
Does SiraPet work for cats, dogs, and other species?
